Akasha moved steadily amoung the towering trees as she followed the scent of two rabbits. Leathery nose hled flaring nares, and the ebon vix disappeared and reappeared as she moved through the shadows. Movement ahead made her hault, and she stared at the light russet forms of two hares. Leaning down to the ground, she slunk slowly toward the two females.
Emerging like living darkness, the wolf took the lives of the rabbits so that she may survive. Ripping one to shredss, the czaress devoured it within seconds. After that, she ate the second peice of prey more slowly. Full, the fae walked over to a near by fern bush and lay down within it. Curling up tight,Akasha lightly dozed. Yet she knew the dangers of this, but didn't really care.
-Anyone can come!-

Ruebura stalked through the trees, still achieving her slow pace. Her thoughts tumbled over one another, restless and stressful. She tried to work her way through them, one at a time. Aurora. The alabaster fae who spoke with such grace, Ruebura felt extremely cautious of her. For some reason or another, or perhaps not for any reason, Aurora seemed to feel hatred toward Ruebura. One thing was for certain, there was not, and most likely would never be, a friendship between them. Ruebura would have to stay low, and stay wary of the snow-caped fae, but she couldn't give herself away. And Icefire, what did Aurora feel about him? If Ruebura could guess correctly, Aurora felt strongly toward the Alphen. It was only an educated guess, without much proof, so she tossed it aside for the moment and continued. What about her own feelings toward the Alphen, she couldn't determine them. She hoped it was little more than friendship, but she wasn't sure. I must wait longer to discover what happens, she whispered to herself. Only then was her attention drawn to the dark fae dozing in a clump of fern. Watchful eyes rested upon the sleeping female, Ruebura's thoughts tumbled about once more. Could this be Akasha?

The moon beams cast theirselves between the breaks in branches and shone down to the forest floor. This light helped many creatures see in the twilight hour, and the more populated of beings here, the wolves, hunted more often during the night. As Ruebura walked as silent as a shadow toward the fern in which Akasha dozed, the eyes of the dark hued vix slowly slid open into cat like slits.
Rising from her low postion, the huntress stepped forth into the light. Studying Ruebura,Akasha kept her everlasting warm smile upon her mug and that dancing joy at meeting another within her eyes. When she did smell Andrathorn upon the alabaster fleeced fae,the raven jacketed czaress chuckled and began to speak.
"Why hello M'Lady, and what a nice night to meet one of my own pack members. I be Akasha, and might you be Aurora?"
((Akasha doesn't know yet that Ruebura was claimed,so she thinks that your character is Aurora.))

~Okay!~

Halting as the twilit fae slid out of her sleep, Ruebura listened to Akasha introduce herself. She bowed her crest slightly in a gesture of greeting, and in a light voice, she spoke, "Good evening, Akasha. No, I am not Aurora. You may know me as Ruebura." A benignant smile crawled across her face, and she continued. "I am the newest member of the pack of Andrathorn. Very pleased to meet you." Curiosity growing, Ruebura had to resist asking many questions of Akasha. Not wanting to appear rude, she held back.

Icefire watched the faes from a vantage point. NO they could never detect him.

Akasha widened her smile into a grin, and bowed dramatically to Ruebura. Coming up after the jest, the midnight femmora saw the conflicting thoughts within the ivorn vix's mind. Giving a concerned frown, she sat upon her haunches and sighed deeply. Before speaking, she thought of what she could get herself into. Though the raven cloaked czaress loved to help others, she also thought about what Icefire said. Shaking it off,she let her light and easy melody conduct itself from her vocal pipes into the atmosphere.
"I see in your eyes that something troubles you, what is it? I am one to trust and one of the only shoulders to cry upon. I let others lean upon me,and speak whatever problems they need help in. Please Ruebura,I am not like others. What you say to me,stays with me. I have never spoken a secret that one wishes me not to. You are no different, and will be respected if you wish to tell me anything."

Ruebura paused, pondering the thought of Akasha, if she should trust the ebony feminine standing before her, or construct a thick wall about her thoughts. It could pay greatly for the frost veiled vix, but if she concealed her feelings, she would become haunted, lost among others. Deciding to confide in Akasha, she turned to the night draped fae and began. "Alright Akasha, you have discovered me." Ruebura hesitantly interrupted the conversation, going back to the idea of building a stone wall to protect her opinions. Realizing the consequences of that once more, she returned to Akasha. "I am exposing myself to you, whether or not that is the right decision, I cannot foresee, but you can assure that it is by keeping your promise. You mustn't tell anyone." Sighing, she hesitatingly commenced her story. "Ever since I have joined Andrathorn (which hasn't been very long indeed,) I have been wary and perplexed about the other faes. Specifically Aurora, I do not know what it is about that heaven-lit feminine that makes me detest her, and I cannot say it is with good cause, but when I am about her I feel a deep calamity. Perchance it is myself, who has become too wary of others. This bothers me, and I imagine that it will end with a battle. There is another thing that mystifies me, and that is my feelings toward the Alphen. I doubt (and hope) it is only a slight friendship, but I can't help feeling that it's something greater. This interferes with Aurora, as well."
Ending her revealing, Ruebura gazed at Akasha, a look of worry resting in her sable eyes.

"Ah,it seems that out Alphen has gotten himself two faes that lust for his heart. If I am not mistaken,Aurora must feel great hatred toward you because she too feels for Icefire. When she met you,and felt the challenge you represented, her heart grew black and cold toward you. I am afraid, that if you wish to keep your feelings for the lead of our pack, then you too keep an enemy at your back. Always,Aurora will haunt the shadows of where your step. Always, she will show you anger and endless fury that you dare trod upon here only to sweep away something she wanted first. This will end in a battle M'Lady Ruebura, and there is no doubt about that."
Akasha sighed deeply, sad that her fellow members of the pack had to so deeply care for the Alphen. Midnight femmora stood, and cast a sorrowful glance at the frost covered vix before disappearing into the shadows. Why must blood be shed over a silly brute? As she wove her way through the trees to leave, her mind whirled. Aurora and Ruebura, fighting? Shaking her head sadly, she was glad that no feelings other than friendship were held for Icefire within his heart. He was a kind and handsome commander, but two czaress's were turning against eachother so that they may win love and power. IGNORANCE!

Icefire had sat quietly. He had lived in this land for most of his life. He knew the secrets of the land where to hide. He knew they could never find this spot nor sense him while he was here. He felt very sad.

Bowing her head, Ruebura felt sorrow emptying into her body, pain and sorrow. Of course she didn't wish for this to happen, for herself to feel so strongly for the Alphen. Most of the time, the ivory fae had been able to keep her emotions in order, but this was something that she couldn't handle. Perhaps she shouldn't have joined this pack, it only caused hatred to form and feelings to erupt. She felt hatred toward Aurora, the seemingly flawless feminine. But Ruebura couldn't help thinking, "Poor Aurora..." she had risked loving someone, only to have her heart broken. Ruebura felt terrible, the burden of the world upon her shoulders. She wanted to run, have the burden lifted off of her back, make everyone content once more. Yet she wanted to stay, something was holding her back.
A single droplet of liquid plummeted to the ground below her.

Icefire bowed his head from where he sat. He had never ment to break Auroras heart. He was only trying tell her she couldn't act the way she had been to the others.
