The Waterfall Forest was a grand place,a lush forest with glades spread out so a couple might privately show their love to one another. Yet when by the true waterfall itself,one was just here to gaze. That was what Aurora was doing,watching the droplets from high above fall down hundreds of feet to land in a still pool.
The sound was ear blasting and breathing taking all in one,but she didn't care. Thoughts of her new pack filled her mind,and she was oblivious to anything else about. She knew she was in a free domain,and any wolf could come up upon her. Even darks. Yet those satanic beings were few in number these days,and rarely seen. So,she had more of a chance of another light coming into her company. Since the ivorn femmora was lost in thought,she really didn't care who came up to talk.

A flash of red in the bushes and a small but swift red wolf came out.

Aurora asked without turning to look at the red wolf,not really caring. She just wanted someone to talk to,and she didn't care who it was. Heck,she would even chat away with a dark,but that was only if one came. Right now,she would occupy herself with little loner. Atleast,the crimson canine smelled like a loner. |

Stupid question,but Aurora didn't care. If someone walks up,then they should introduce themselves. Since Firewing didn't,she was going to pester him with questions. The femmora wished to know all about this crimson wolf,and would not stop still she had all she wanted. Atleast being away from the pack and the newcomer was easier on her emtional self. Yet,leaving Icefire was hard. Did he miss her? Nah,probably to busy talking and messing around with the other fea. |

Aurora really didn't care that the bloodwash'd czar was insulting her,cause she barely knew him. Who would accept a mean comment from someone they had only just met? Well,a wolf that was out of their mind or really sensative. Either one,I guess you just couldn't help it if you were emtional. Glancing toward the brute,she could see his eyes on her. Why was he sticking around if she was so rude? Maybe he needed the company,and was lonely. So,the alabaster damsel began to speak her apologies.
"I am sorry Firewing,but my mind is on others things. I really didn't expect anybody to come up,and when you did was I kinda angry that someone would intrude upon my personal space. Yet,I am sitting here in a free realm. So,what do you wish to speak of?" |

Firewing shrugged. "i have nothing to speak of. Well I guess you could say I do. I have a voice of the forest but I have lived away from wolves so long I don't speak their way. I can but I don't. I speak without using my voice. I speak through action. I speak through nature. But alas I am lonely ready to find a pack. Not that theres one that will take me. I dare not go to Icefire though I know he is near. I fear him greatly as I should. Not that he would do anything to me. No I deserve it though. I left him. I mean he was in a battle with Nightdemon and 4 other wolves and I ran away before they could get me. I'm not afraid of what he'd do to me. No he'd be as kind and caring as ever. He'd accept me forgive me and love me as if I was his brother. Not that he cares much for his brother. His brothers a dark. Did you know that? No. I'm afraid that seeing him again how he is willing to care again and again no matter what the crime, except his brothers, it scares me. How can he be so selfless. He throws away any high rank he could have. He was inline to have a great pack large and glorius what he deserved and he refused it. Left his home to come and accept the ones that needed somewhere to live and someone to rely on. I should try to be more like him. He is so ok with who he is and will accept anyone. He is like an angel. The only thing I ever knew him to lose his temper over was his brother." Firewing took a deep breath. and Icefire stepped out of the bushes. He was laughing that booming laugh rich deep and kind. "Thank you my noble Firewing. I have wondered where you went and I hoped you would come back. Though I appreciate what you say I am not nearly as good as you state." He smiled "ah Aurora your here too. I had wondered where you had gone. I was beginning to worry. Do you care to accompany me home or do you wish to stay here." he said dramatically bowing a smile on his face.

"I do not like many brutes,but Firewing you have come into my heart for telling me things about Icefire I did not know. Also,you were tolerant when I was rude. Like Icefire,Razor,and Soren you are my friend. If you ever need help,just call upon me. I shall come,and do as much as I can. Icefire,I am ready to go home now."
Bowing respectfully to Firewing,she turned and padded to Icefire's side. For the first time,she gentley nudged him upon the shoulder. This action could be interpreted anyway,but it was meant to show a light and easy way of affection. The Alphen could take it,or act offended and back away. He could do many things,but his attitude seemed to polite to do such a rude thing. Besides,Aurora wanted to let some emtions,that had built up while she set here thinking,free. Now that she had,she turned around gracefully and began walking home. Her pawsteps made no sound,but as she brushed through bushes you could here her. Maybe this was the only way that the knight would follow her,but sound. |

Icefire walked steadly at her side as she nudged his shoulder he gave her a smile so pure it seemed to say he understood everything she had ever thought or done.

Aurora returned Icefire's smile,glad that she had made him happy in one way. Padding along,her frost hued canvas was well seen amoung the emerald and oaken forest. Yet she when walked under the shadows,a dark blanket covered her form and hid it. Always,it seemed,that the sound of the waterfall echoed between the trees and through every glade. Colorless huntress padded along,pondering her own thoughts. What was Icefire thinking about? |

Icefire continued steadily through the forest eyes casting this way and that for any problem. He loped along quickly his long strides graceful. face stayed calm and soft but a slight shadow cast over it. Then with one quick movement he spun and with a growl hurled himself at a shadowy figure lurking in the trees. He landed with perfect precision throwing the wolf of his paws. Quick as a flash he pinned the brute down. "LEAVE ANDRATHORN!" He bellowed lips curling in hate. "YOU HAVE TESTED MY STRENGTH BEFORE! I AM NO LESS POWERFUL THAN WHEN YOU LAST ATTACKED!" His eyes burned with fury. The wolf pinned to the ground looked at Icefire with no less hate. The most suprising thing of all was that the two wolves looked exactly alike except for the brute pinned to the ground had an ugly scar running down his muzzle.

Aurora yelped and bounded forward as Icefire leaped at an unseen figure. The fae ducked behind a tree,and winced as her Alphen snarled and snapped at the other wolf. Topaz coins peered out from behind the thick trunk,and ivorn figure was almost hidden except her head. Twin towers stood tall,and listened to every word. Could this be Icefire's hated brother?
The vix gathered up her courage,and walked powerfully from her hiding spot. Padding up to the two brutes,she looked down at the hidden face of the other wild canine. If it was who she thought it was,then she was right growl deeply to the being. Turning away,she kicked dirt at the pinned down figure and continued her way back to Andrathorn. |

Icefire aknogled Aurora faintly but his full attention lay on this wolf. His own brother. Nightdemon. Icefire's voice became calm almost silent it was icy and even more powerful than when he had been yelling. "leave now." he said. He leapt lightly off Nightdemon and moved aside. Nightdemon spoke. "His voice was cracked and it rustled like dead leaves. "Icefire I will leave you this time, but watch your back. I will return." Death trailed Nightdemon like a shadow. flickering in his wake. No would not claim Nightdemon but those who defied him. All of them. Except Icefire.
