Myst watched her curiously. She started when she jumbed into the bushes. He laughed and howled with glee. Then, he took up the chase and was hot on her trail. He could smell the sweet scent of her coat. He followed her blindly to where ever it was she was leading him. He really did not care where they went. He just wanted to be with her. A laugh burst from his maw. He could not recall being this happy in years!

Wind looked over her shoulder at Myst and smiled. She was breathing heavily, but didn't stop. She then paused her breathing for an instant and lookef at the gorund, thinking, but still ran, then resumed breathing and looked back to him, meetimg his happy eyes. "Have I ever told you that I loved you?" she asked, eyes soft. "Beacuase I do! she shouted and ran into the wind, lifted her head to the moon and howled. The silhouettes of the two crossed the horizon, running beneath the moon. Her eyes sparkled in the light and she closed them and howled again, like she always did when she was happy. The wind flew thoruigh her fur giving her all the more will to run. She wanted to run with him forever, but she skidded to stop and awaited her love. She was ready to pounce on him upon arrival. She wanted to feel his warm touch again.

Myst smiled at her every time she turned her head. His breathing was also beginning to grow heavy. He knew it was good for him to be running. Only a fleeting glimpse of the problems with Twilight flashed through his mind. He did not care about that now. All that mattered to him was Wind. He listened to her howls of happiness and when she told him she loved him, he jumped into the air. His energy was instantly renewed and shouted for the world to hear, "I love you more than the gods loved their creations." He chased after her and broke through the bushes where she stood waiting for him.

Wind took gentle steps to stand in front of him, licked him lovingly and nuzzled his eck. "Ah." she said gently in hushed tones. "But that can not be, for I love you that much." she said and layed down at his feet.

He layed down in front of her and licked her muzzle lovingly. "I think our love equals eachother's my dear," he whispered quietly in her ear. The wind played with two wolven's fur as passed them by. Myst looked up at the stars and waited for her to reply to his first question about the pups.

Wind looked to the earth then met Myst's eyes. "Ah, so what shall we call them?" she asked hoping he would interpret that as a yes. She was to shy to come right out and ask, but she had wanted pups for quite some time and thought lovingly about raising a family with Myst.

His eyes lit up happily at her words. "Well," he thought for a second, "you name the girls and I will name the boys! How about that, love?" Thoughts about pups and raising them started running through his head. He would love to see what their pups would look like. He nuzzled Wind gently.

He nodded in agreement. "You don't have to address me like that Wind," he said quietly. He lay his head on her neck and sighed, closing his eyes. Life was good and he hoped it would stay this way forever.

She giggled. "I guess I'm just used to it." she said and licked his nose. "I love you..so much." she whispered and closed her eyes. She rolled over so that he was still laying on her but her face touched his. She nuzzled him lovingly.

Myst licked her nose slightly. "I love you too, dear," he said lovingly. Small clouds rushed over them. The breeze blew harder and swept the leaves passed them. His eyes remained closed as he snuggled closer to her.
