Can Anyone Make Me A Siggy?

I'm not very good with HTML or anything, so can someone else make me a siggy? Here's the image I would like in it:

And, also can you add the text "The Wolf Guardian... Who Watches Us All..." somewhere in it? Besides that, you can do whatever you want to it.

(and, does Photoshop cost money to download?)

Photoshop is a photo editing program that you buy. It costs between $100-900, depending on which version you buy.

I guess I could, but I'm used to doing real animal siggys. If you could give me some pictures (Is this for your account, or a wolf you play?) I could use those and fade that picture into it. *Points to Alina*

sorry i havent been here. ^^ my mom took us on like three "suprise" vacations... well, anyways, could you just use these images and make one of Horizon? I really appreciate you making me a siggy. ^^
